- When will my order ship?
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking shipment information.
- Please note: Weekends and holidays are excluded from the 1-3 business day processing time.
- I paid for overnight delivery, and it's been one (1) day since I submitted my order online. Where is my order?
- Your order will be shipped overnight once processing time has taken place.
- I paid for 2-day delivery, and it's been two (2) days since I submitted my order online. Where is my order?
- Your order will be shipped for two (2) day shipping once processing time has taken place.
- I received an incorrect order, what should I do?
- Submit any order discrepancies to info@thepuddinggoddess.com
- Refunds are not allowed. Unless, the package was returned to The Pudding Goddess by the shipping carrier, for any unforeseen reason. A refund for the product only will be granted. Shipping expense will not be approved.
